Bought on the web
Subscriptions bought on the web are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, so a refund is processed by Paddle and returned to the payment method you used.
- First purchase: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, for any reason. Ask through our contact form, giving the email address on the account.
- Renewals: a renewal payment can be refunded within 14 days of being charged if the service was not used in that period. If lessons were completed after the renewal, the renewal stands.
Once a refund is issued, the subscription ends and access to paid content stops.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play
Purchases made inside the app are sold by Apple or Google, and we cannot refund them ourselves. Ask the store directly: for Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com or the purchase history in your Apple account; for Google, through the order history in Google Play. Each store applies its own rules and time limits.
Cancelling
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. When you cancel, the subscription does not renew again and you keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period.
Hotel and team plans
A hotel or team plan bought on the web can be refunded within 14 days of purchase for the seats that were never used: the refund is pro rata, seat by seat, for members who never joined through the invite link. Seats that were taken are not refundable, and the same 14-day rule applies to seats added later, counted from the day they were added.
Asking for a refund
Use our contact form and give the email address on the account and, for web purchases, the Paddle order number from your receipt. We answer every request; if we cannot refund because the purchase was made through a store, we will say so and point you to the right place.
